Peace everybody,

Tonight, December 31st, 2007, I have the pleasure of rocking alongside my man my mellow DJ Dozia at The Back To Basics New Year's Party at Silk City, 5th and Spring Garden Streets in Philly. The cover is 20 bucks, with an open bar, food, and Doz and myself rockin' the wheels 'til well into Tuesday morning. If you're in Philly, and you wanna bring in the new year right, come see about us tonight! Special shout to King Britt for having me rock in his place this year. We'll miss you tonight brother!

As we bring 2007 to a close, we'd like to take the time to thank all of our dancing family for making this past year one of our most memorable dancing years to date. That goes not only for the people who rock with us consistently in Philly and New York, but all our extended nationwide and international family, fellow DJs, producers, writers. reciters, performers, labels, fashion fam, sneakerhead fam, art fam, promoters, bartenders, barbacks, hosts, hostesses, DJ friendly venues, and new friends we've made through the music this past year. Here's to 2008 being even bigger and better than any of us could respectively imagine.

We'd also like to send love to and request some additional patience from anyone who's reached out regarding work of any sort who we didn't have the opportunity to connect with properly in 2007. Please know that if  we missed the boat on any opportunities, it most definitely wasn't due to arrogance or blowing anyone off, but rather the unforgiving nature of timing, and nothing more. We look forward to the opportunity to reconnect with you in the new year and button up whatever we didn't get to start. Thank you for bearing with us through jammed emails and voicemail boxes, lost business cards, and loud clubs, and here's to the chance to make good on connecting this coming year.

Wednesday night, January 2nd 2008 at 8pm is The Yes We Can Can annual food drive put on by Crazy Legs of The Mighty Rock Steady Crew. Djs on the set will be none other than myself, Bobbito Garcia aka Kool Bob Love, Louie Vega, and Tony Touch! We'' also be celebrating the birthdays of Crazy Legs and Danny Castro that night as well. The venue is Manhatta, 316 Bowery ( corner of Bleeker). Admission is FREE with a canned food item donation, so grab some beans and come shake your ass! I'll be rocking thee onthe earlier side in order ot make it to my home base, Little Ricky's Rib Shack at APT! Doors for APT will be as usual at 11pm, and i'll be there before midnight, after my set at Manhatta. Happy burfday to Crazy Legs & Danny Castro. It's sure to be a stone groove baby.
