One love to everyone who made it out to Jump N Funk at SOB's last week. Unbelievable party...it's hard to say much more, really. One love to the Painted Ladies and The Chicago Afrobeat Project for being a part of a truly inspirational night at Jump N Funk for all of us. As I mentioned briefly here in this blog, and numerous times last Thursday night, we are gonna take a coule of months off of our monthly NYC residency in order to tune up. We will rock on with the JNF Sound alongside some of our Afrobeat and Afrosoul family during the residency break, and keep you well informed of our next moves right here, and at www.richmedina.com until further notice. Thank you again for a beautiful night on Thursday. I'll never forget that night...
