End of July!

Whoa...

SO much to say, and so little time to type...
Sorry I've been off the blogs for the last week or so, but the road has owned me basically....but I'm back this week with a few quick thanks and the remaining July schedule. Buss it...

Maseo ( Plug 3, De La Soul) beat APT down two weeks ago! Love you bro, and I look forward to getting that project started! One love to Mos Def, Lovebug Starski, Grandmaster Caz, Kool Herc & Q Tip for all that love at APT last week too! Dante, stop bein' such a stranger holmes, you know how we do. Great to see you in the place. The Femi Kuti shows were off the chain in Philly, Boston and NYC, even though it rained like 40 days & nights on July 11th! The elements can't stop us...lol! One love to my man Rob Rizk for another beautiful night in Vancouver at Republic last Thursday. You're the man dude. Studio Museum in Harlem was nuts on Friday! Thank you all for allowing me to rock with you on the opening night of your DJ series, and here's to the next episode! Peace & love to Don King & The Providence Black Repertory Theatre for having me at their closing party Saturday night in Providence RI!

This past Sunday at Sundae in Philly has got to be one of the best times I've ever had rocking for the Philly hometown dance crowd. Lee Jones & Frankie, you guys run an incredibly tight ship over there, and i can't wait to come back!!!!!

One love to Live Mechanics for having me at their campaign launch party Monday night alongside DJ Sucio Smash, Bobbito, Sputnik Brown and Camp Lo! Stay tuned for my ugly face in the new Live Mechanics ad campaign in the new issues of Vibe and Complex! Holla!

Tonight is Turntable: The Marksmen Production Network's Producer Showcase, starting at 9pm, and featuring DJ Killa Kamron ( Marksmen) spinning exclusive Marksmen producer tracks for sale and for your listening pleasure. To be clear, there is a reentry fee at 11pm, as Little Ricky's begins at that time, and so does paying the bills kids...the Turntable flyer says free before 11, but in actuality,  arriving early at Turntable is not a connotation of staying into the night without the reentry fee. Just clarifying, and I look forward ot seeing you do that dance!

Afro Blu in Denver this weekend has been postponed due to venue issues beyond our control. More on the reschedule as soon as we know the drill!

If you're in Minneapolis on Sunday, bring yo ass to the Moving To New York Party!!!!!!
